Information

This document assumes the following:

1. You have purchased SnapBack Exact and you have received a certificate number(s), and
2. You have installed SnapBack Exact on your computer and you have noted the license key that is displayed at the top of the Licensing screen shown after logging in.
   It will look similar to this:
   

First Time Registration

If this is the first time you have registered a certificate(s) please follow this procedure. This procedure assumes that you have installed SnapBack Exact on your computer, and you have noted the license key that is given to you after login.

1. Visit www.snapback.com/register.php
2. Enter your issued certificate number.
3. Fill in your user details.
4. Decide on a username and password for yourself – this will be used on each subsequent visit to the site.
5. Enter your registration code.
6. Click Next.
7. You will now be sent a code via email that unlocks SnapBack Exact. The code you receive is entered on the Licensing screen (the same screen where you got the license key).

Existing Registrants

1. Visit www.snapback.com/uac/index.php
2. Log into your user account using your username and password.
3. Enter your new certificate number in the box and click Add. This new certificate will now be added to your account and you will be taken back to the main UAC page.
4. Under “License a copy of SnapBack” select the certificate you have just added, enter the license key from the License Screen in SnapBack Exact and click License.
5. You will now be sent a code via email that unlocks SnapBack Exact.

Corporate License Registrants

Corporate License Registrants have a special copy of SnapBack Exact designed to work for their organization only. Simply go through the process of licensing one copy as above, this will generate a key that will work on every copy of SnapBack Exact installed for the next 3 months (regardless of the License key that is shown on the License Screen). After 3 months, it will no longer work on new installations and you will need to contact us via email for a new key to be generated.
