Problem

This article refers to versions of SnapBack before 5.20a

When using Windows 2003 and a version of SnapBack before 5.20a, the OTM does not always activate. This can manifest itself by the numbers in the Server Statistics box on the Status Screen of the SnapBack Client always saying 0, and the cache file progress bar never changing from 0%

Cause

SnapBack versions prior to 5.20a do not function correctly on Windows 2003

Solution

Upgrade to the latest version of SnapBack Exact (5.20a or higher)
